The Gift That Keeps On Giving

I saw this on my friend's blog and wanted to play along. I don't think 3 people will respond so makes it easier for me! hehe I've also seen it where 5 people get a surprise so in the unlikely event that I do get 5 comments I'll be happy to send the other two sometime as well.
